 We recommend running a fundraiser for 3-4 weeks to maximize profit.  You will choose your sales dates once you register for a fundraiser.  Click here to get started! Our products are guaranteed to bring in high returns to motivated sellers.  This type of fundraiser is intended for organizations that are looking for a fundraiser that will continue to grow year after year.

Delivery and Shipping

All money will be collected, counted and handled by the organization. Products usually ship within 1-3 weeks of cleared payment (subject to change).  Follow theses steps:

  1. Fill out the Final Total Spreadsheet and email it to info@bucketsforbenefit.com with your order. This form includes the total your organization will pay Buckets for Benefit and profit (shipping/taxes cost not included). 

  2. An invoice will be sent via email.  Please remit payment to the address provided on the invoice. Once payment has processed, a projected delivery date will be established.  Shipping usually takes 1-3 weeks after payment has processed.

  3. Products will ship from our facility OR we will deliver according to our delivery schedule. A representative will be in contact if you order is being delivered.

We require a 24 bucket purchase minimum to place an order. Each additional package shipped (full case or not) is $25 per package up to 59 buckets.

  2. If you have any questions about this form or need help, contact us at info@bucketsforbenefit.com. Once we have received your Information, we will begin customizing your order form for FREE. There is NO UPFRONT COST to the organization when hosting a fundraiser.  Reach the free shipping goal and the professionally printed order forms are FREE. We suggest having your forms printed to boost sales and increase profit. Please allow a few days for processing and customization.

  3. We will email the customized order form to you. Simply print as many copies as you need and begin selling OR we will mail the forms to you! It’s that simple!  

Tips for Successful Fundraising

  • Set a GOAL number of buckets for each seller.  

  • Sell to family members, friends, local businesses, clubs and organizations to maximize profit.

  • Advertising on social media, school newsletters and hanging up flyers can help boost sales.

  • Gather volunteers to help distribute the orders on pickup day.

  • Give each seller an envelope to keep up with the money.

  • Seller’s name on all order forms.

  • Print both pages of the order form and staple them together for your sellers
